About File Publisher
Generate shareable links for your monday.com files
Section titled “Generate shareable links for your monday.com files”No longer worry about uploading files to external sites or having to export your workdocs just to create a shareable link. Instead, manage everything within monday.com and let File Publisher do the heavy lifting! Leveraging automations, File Publisher can be setup in just a few clicks and can be customised to work with your workflow!
File Previews: File previews are automatically generated for supported file types when your public url is opened. From there, the file can also be downloaded.
Individual and Grouped Links: Choose between creating individual links for every asset in a column or use a grouped link to generate a single link displaying all files.
Workdocs Support: Treat your workdocs just like any other file and generate a public url for them too! Workdocs can then be viewed with our custom built doc viewer just like any other file.
Password Protection: Protect your assets with a password unique to each item. This ensures only the intended recipients can access your files.
Expiry Dates: Set an expiry date for files, so the public url expires after a certain period of time.
Secure by Design: All files remain stored in monday.com and are not uploaded to File Publisher.
Custom Automations: Choose between a collection of pre-made automation recipes or create your own to suit your use case.
